We must be notified within 5 days of any problems.
We have the right to delay departure of orders during unfavorable weather conditions at the destination.
During winter months, a $10 additional charge for insulation may be required when necessary. Refusal by the customer to allow this insulation will void our guarantee.
Incorrect address information will incur a $17 address correction fee.
